LIVE / WORK/ RETREAT MAKEOVERS
with KAIRA AKITA
NOW FILMING
I’ve got a thing for transforming intimate live/work/retreat spaces from blank or blah to warm and wonderful, and I like to open up my ledger each year to film a few makeovers/consults for SDC members and private clients.
Each time I take on a project, I deepen my understanding of the built environment, and most importantly, the humans that inhabit it. There is so much hidden craft, psychology, context, and intuition to this work — so if you’ve been trying to figure it out yourself and keep getting stuck, it’s okay. You’re still brilliant. But you’re also bottlenecking yourself. Let’s get you out the way and get it done, yes? Your space should be the place where you wanna slow down and stay for awhile. I’ve got you covered.
